It’s one week since we got home from hospital and the twins (or “nibblings” as Angus refers to them – a portmanteau of nephew, niece and siblings!) are 12 days old. Here are some achievements and photos from our first few days as a family.*
Henrietta and Wilfred just a few minutes old after a relatively short spontaneous labour and delivery with the assistance of the ventouse.
Mum and twins cleaned up back in the post natal ward.
Wilf. Or Hatty. I think Wilf.
The other one. Hatty?
Hatty catching some rays. This is a flashy new phototherapy UV machine which she had to sleep on to help with her jaundice.
Bundles of joy 🙂
Oversize nappies. Trendy.
First wash time. One of the joys of twins is having races for everything. Dad and Wilf won on this occasion!
Braving the world of washable nappies…
Our first day out of the house – down to the seaside for a stroll.
*Yes, this is going to be one of those nauseating blogs where doting parents post endless photos and proud moment stories. We won’t be offended if you unsubscribe…
